We offer a wide range of classes at various time to accommodate the various needs of you our members!


  •   WOD

    Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on the website www.lamorindacrossfit.com. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
  •   Kettlebell

    Following the ideals of a regular WOD, this workout is dedicated to the use of Kettlebells.
  •   Endurance

  •   Olympic Lifting

    Based on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, this class uses methods of breaking down these movements and repeating them with different weight loads to hone your lifting skills for strength and WODs.

    This class is limited to 8 people and you are required to have a goal in mind that will be based around strength movement, skill, mechanics and/or accessory work.
